These Terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our online store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

  1. Using Our Website and Your Account

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. Please provide accurate and current contact, billing and delivery information.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not impersonate another person or use a payment method without authorisation.

  1. Our Products

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, ingredients, quantities, directions and product images. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens.

Products must match their description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for any purpose required by applicable consumer law.

Please read the label, directions and cautions before use. Use products only for their stated purpose and for the animal species indicated. Website information does not replace veterinary advice.

We may update our range and product listings for future purchases. Such changes do not retrospectively change the description or terms of an order already accepted.

  1. Placing and Accepting Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected goods. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; acceptance occurs when we send your dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

We may decline an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery address or an obvious pricing error. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment taken for goods we cannot supply.

If we discover an issue affecting an accepted order, we will contact you to explain the issue and agree an appropriate solution, without affecting your statutory rights.

  1. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). UK consumer prices include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately before you place your order.

The total payable and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You must be authorised to use your selected payment method.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

If an obvious pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may choose whether to continue at the correct price or cancel for a refund.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Available delivery options, charges and estimated times are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date. If a delay occurs, please contact us so we can investigate and help.

For deliveries arranged by us, goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you nominate to receive them.

If you independently appoint a carrier that we have not offered, different statutory rules concerning risk may apply.

Nothing in these Terms removes your rights concerning late delivery, missing goods, cancellation or refunds.

  1. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

You may cancel an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. You then have 14 days after notifying us to return them.

Contact us by email or WhatsApp to communicate your decision to cancel. Please include your name, order number and the items concerned. You do not need to wait for approval to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Where legally permitted, we may deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

For statutory change-of-mind cancellations, refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days after we receive the goods back or evidence that you returned them, whichever is earlier.

Refunds use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees.

If you cancel your entire order, we refund the standard outbound delivery charge. We do not refund the additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service for change-of-mind cancellations.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy provides further details. It does not restrict your statutory rights.

Optional cancellation wording:

“To EXPRESSHUB LTD trading as MAVUPET, 175 Scholes, Wigan, WN1 3QF, United Kingdom; expresshubltd@gmail.com:

I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods:
Order number:
Ordered on / received on:
Customer name:
Customer address:
Date:
Signature, only if submitted on paper:”

  1. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Please contact us if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Your statutory rights may include rejection and a refund, repair or replacement, or a price reduction, depending on the circumstances. Faulty goods generally carry a short-term right to reject within 30 days, subject to applicable law.

The change-of-mind cancellation period does not limit these rights.

  1. Shopify and Payment Providers

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform enabling us to sell products online.

Your purchase contract is with EXPRESSHUB LTD trading as MAVUPET. Shopify does not become the seller of our products.

Payment providers process payments through their respective systems. Their applicable terms and privacy notices may also apply to those services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that a platform or payment provider has under applicable law.

  1. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared.

Shopify and our service providers process information needed to operate the store, fulfil orders, process payments and help prevent fraud, as described in the relevant privacy notices.

Receiving order-related communications does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages. Marketing communications are handled in accordance with applicable law and your preferences.

  1. Intellectual Property

Website content, including our branding, text, photographs and graphics, belongs to us or the relevant rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may browse the website and save or print information for personal use, including records of your purchases and these Terms.

You must not commercially reproduce, sell or exploit protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any related intellectual property.

  1. Reviews and Feedback

Reviews and other public submissions must be honest, lawful and based on your own experience. You must have permission to share any content belonging to another person.

By submitting a review for publication, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce it in connection with our store and products, subject to applicable privacy and consumer protection law.

We will not alter a review in a way that misrepresents its meaning. We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or irrelevant content.

Private customer support correspondence is not treated as a public review or permission to publish a testimonial.

  1. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our website may contain third-party tools or links. External services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control independent external websites. However, using third-party services does not remove our responsibilities to you concerning your purchase or any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. Acceptable Use and Automated Access

You must not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation or infringement of another person’s rights.

You must not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, collect other customers’ personal information or interfere with the security or operation of the store.

Automated tools must respect access restrictions and must not conceal their identity, bypass security controls or disrupt the website. A person using an automated tool remains responsible for authorising any purchases made on their behalf.

  1. Website Availability and Errors

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur.

We may correct website errors and update information. Corrections do not allow us to retrospectively remove your rights or change an accepted contract without a lawful basis.

Where an error affects your order, we will contact you and explain the available options.

  1. Our Responsibility to You

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms do not exclude your statutory rights concerning the quality, description or fitness for purpose of goods.

Products are offered through this consumer store for personal and domestic use. Please contact us separately about business or resale purchases.

  1. Suspension, Transfers and Other Contract Terms

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks or a serious breach of these Terms. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason.

Restricting website access does not remove your rights concerning an existing order, refund or complaint.

We may transfer our contractual rights and obligations only where doing so does not reduce your rights. We will notify you where such a transfer affects an existing contract.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible. Any ambiguity is interpreted in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

  1. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence.

You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms requires you to give up a right to use your local courts.

Please contact us first if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the website and future purchases. The revision date appears at the top of this page.

The terms applicable when your order was placed continue to govern that order unless you agree otherwise or a change is required by law.

We will provide notice of material changes where required.
